Registration and Information Desk
The Registration and Information Desk is situated in the hallway of the KU Leuven University Hall (Naamsestraat 22, Leuven). Please follow the signage upon arrival at the venue.

The Registration and Information Desk will be open throughout the conference for any questions you may have. Please do not hesitate to come to the registration desk, we are happy to help!
On Monday, May 29 it might get busy at the registration desk. To avoid long queues, we strongly advise you to pick up your badge and conference bag in time. Registration will be open from 12:00pm, while the sessions will only start at 1:30pm. While waiting, you can already take a coffee and visit our sponsor exhibition.
Conference badges
All participants will receive a conference badge at the registration and information desk. This badge is your document to enter the conference venue and participate in the sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and other activities as part of the conference for which you are registered. We therefore ask that you wear your badge visibly at all times during all conference activities.

Wi-Fi
We offer free Wi-Fi in all university buildings. Each participant will receive a QR code on the conference badge. This code can be found on the back of your name badge. Once you scan the QR-code, you should be able to automatically connect to the Wi-Fi network (iotd).

  Coffee breaks and lunches
  - All coffee breaks and lunches will be served in the Jubilee hall of the KU Leuven University Halls.
  
  - A warm buffet lunch will be provided for participants on Tuesday, May 30 and Thursday, June 1.
  A cold buffet lunch will be provided for the participants on Wednesday, May 31.
  
  - On Friday, June 2 the conference ends at 01:00 pm. A free lunch on the go is offered to the participants.
  
  - If you indicated a specific dietary requirement during your registration online, you will receive a tag to attach to your badge.
  Please wear this tag during lunches and ask the waiter for your alternative lunch.
  For vegetarians no alternative lunch is provided, since the standard lunch offers enough choices.
  
  Poster sessions reception
  - The poster sessions will take place at the Jubilee Hall in the University Hall (Naamsestraat 22, Leuven) on Tuesday, May 30 and Thursday, June 1 from 05:00 pm until 08:00 pm.
  They will be accompanied by a reception with some appetizers and drinks.
  
  Social program
  The social program is only open to participants who have registered for it in advance. Check out all social activities over here. Here below you can find a short overview.
